CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING EVENT - TEST DRIVES

Edmonton Int’l Raceway will provide your Guests with a 15 Lap Stock Car Test Drive. The Program will start off with the group walking the track with the Instructor. This takes about ½ hour – 45 Minutes. Then each participant is suited up individually and buckled into a Race Car. Each will go out separately, following the Pace Car for 5 warm up laps and then 10 laps much faster. The Instructor will go as fast as he feels the participant can handle the car. This is a very popular and very unique experience that everyone can participate in; there will be lots to talk about after!

• EIR will take photos of each guest with their race suits in the NASCAR Winner’s Circle and provide those photos via email. We will also take a full group photo.
• Included in this Event is a BBQ Dinner at the conclusion of the Test Drives. The meal menu includes BBQ Burgers, salad, fries & a beverage.
• Each Guest will receive 2 complimentary event tickets to a future Edmonton Int’l Raceway Event (Value $40.00).
• Coolers & Beer are available through our Hostess (after the Test Drives!) at a cost of $8.00 (Beer) and $9.00 (Coolers).
• The total cost of this entire package would be $210.00 per person (based on a minimum of 10 guests). Plus Gst.
• If you choose not to include the Dinner, the price would be $177.00 Plus Gst.
• For those that want to participate however wish not to actually "drive" the Race Car we offer a 15 Lap "Race Car Ride" as well for $140. Plus Gst
• Mininum number of guests is 10

Your Hospitality Night Includes:

• Admission to the Races
• BBQ Dinner including Cheeseburger, fries and beverage
• A section of the Grandstands will be reserved for groups with over 30 guests - Lots of room to Social Distance 
• Our Race Track Announcer will announce your business and welcome your guests over the PA System
• You are invited to bring out banners to display your business for that night
• Edmonton Int'l Raceway is fully licensed should you choose to purchase beverages of that nature for your group
• Mininum 20 Guests - no Maximum!
