Happy New Year EIR Racers!

We are looking forward to a great 2023 Race Season! Our Team has been working very hard to highlight EIR as the best place to race in Western Canada. Our Social Media program is excellent and this gives you, the Racer & your Sponsors a huge added advantage. 

Before Covid we had some solid sponsorship enhancement programs at EIR. We didn’t organize it last year but we are excited to bring them back for the 2023 Race Season. 

The Programs are designed as such: 

We will select a few different Race Nights as a Sponsor Appreciation Night at EIR. Tickets with Reserved Seating and Hospitality Meal will be available for you to purchase to give to your Sponsor. The cost would only be $20 plus GST and that includes Admission, Reserved Seating and Dinner. This is a great way to thank your Sponsors. We can also arrange for a Pit Tour for the group that night. You would provide me with your list and we will have their names at the Front Gate for them to redeem their pass for the night. 

The other program that we have is our Ticket Package for your Sponsors. The information I would need from you would be the Company Name, the Manager or Director and their post mailing address. I then send them a letter and 6 Complimentary Tickets on behalf of your Race Team and Edmonton Int’l Raceway thanking them for sponsoring your Team and Motorsports in Western Canada. I do not reach out to them for further Sponsorship and I do not solicit them in any way, just a simple “Thank You” on behalf of your Team and EIR. 

Please ensure you register your car early for 2023, we will continue to post your Driver Profile and Sponsors on our social media channels. Please ensure you provide me with a good Driver Profile photo. You can complete the Driver Profile form on our website at

This should help your Race Team secure more sponsors for the 2023 Race Season. We will begin a Sunday Sponsorship Tips Social Media Program, keep a look out for that!
