If you aren’t registered with the AGLC to apply for a Gaming License for 50/50 Fundraising and you don’t have the time or resources to create a full event fundraiser at Edmonton Int’l Raceway, consider selling EIR Event Tickets! EIR Events are very popular and selling tickets to our Events will be a very easy and profitable way for your Club to raise funds!
You simply purchase the tickets from Edmonton Int’l Raceway for $7.00 per ticket (the tickets will be printed with your logo) and each ticket will be valid for any of EIR’s 2025 Race Events (excluding the NASCAR NAPA 300). You sell the tickets for a price you set (regular retail price is $20 for Adults and $10 for Seniors or Youth). Your Club keeps the difference.
Work with Edmonton International Raceway Staff to create that perfect Fundraising Night
EIR will reserve our VIP Entertainment Space for your group on a race night that you choose. Our VIP Entertainment area can accommodate over 500 guests. Our Staff will work with you to decorate this area with your colours and theme. You would sell tickets for the night you choose. You only pay a Rental Fee of $1000. EIR will print the tickets for you (with your logo) and you sell as many tilckets as you want. You can include catering with your ticket but that is your choice. EIR can also set up a BBQ Station and your guests can buy directly from that station if they wish. The average cost for Catered Events is between $25-$50 per person.
You can set up a Silent Auction as well and we encourage you to set that up in the main spectator area so that all of the EIR Fans that night can participate in your Silent Auction, adding to your revenue.
If you have a AGLC License, you can also sell 50/50 tickets at that event to all of EIR's Fans, again, adding to your revenue!
